Samantha commenced her career with one of Melbourne's leading real estate companies, embracing the opportunity to launch a role that would better service the clients of the firm.
Through her experience there she gained an invaluable insight into the property and investment market, especially from the consumer's perspective. Transferring these customer service skills and the knowledge of the property market to the finance industry, coupled with extensive mentoring from some of the best operators in the finance industry, she now enjoys an operational role within Loan Site, that aims to recognise the clients need to readily access finance when entering/participating in the real estate and investment market.
Her role aims to ensure that levels of service clients have come to expect from Loan Site are maintained across our expanding company, by monitoring systems and procedures and implementing ongoing training to new staff around Australia.

Belinda began her career in mortgage origination as a Lending Assistant within a major mortgage broker and gained knowledge in all areas of mortgage management. After four years in that role, Belinda left to gain experience as a loans underwriter with a national non-bank mortgage manager before joining Loan Site.
Belinda knowledge and understanding of residential, investment and commercial finance has ensured that her clients enjoy dealing with her on a day to day basis.

Jessica is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University, majoring in Finance and Marketing, after having completed a Business Diploma at the Melbourne Institute of Business.
Jessica's role at Loan Site is that of a Lending Assistant and she has now gained experience in consumer lending as well as assisting Lending Managers with detailed tasks and client queries.

Prior to joining Loan Site, Louise Smith earned a Diploma of Business-Administration and went on to work in the administration field gaining vaulable experience in customer service.
This lead to her current role at Jellis Craig Financial Services, where she assists Phillip Smith in ensuring loans are settled with a minimum of fuss and the client is kept fully informed throughout this process.
